About me

I am a computer science PhD candidate who has specialized in HPC, supercomputing, and discrete optimization. I'm currently working at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany.

My role at the Institute for Multiscale Simulation is to implement scalable particle-based simulation methods and to provide support to physicists for performance engineering of their codes.

This site is place for me to publish stuff which is too long for Twitter but relevant to more than just my Facebook friends. Think of it as a loose collection of blog posts and project descriptions.

The nick GentryX stems from a William Gibson novel.
